Registration for exhibitors and visitors starts

16.02.2023

The countdown is on – companies from all over the world can now register for iMT. The leading international trade fairs with congress and high-calibre programme of side events for foundry technology, castings, metallurgy and thermo process technology will be held in Taipei from 18 to 20 October 2023.

New technologies, rising demands made on energy efficiency and the desire for a careful handling of resources: the changes occurring along the entire value chain for industries do not stop short of the global foundry, metallurgy and thermo process technologies either. How can enterprises manufacture in a sustainable and efficient way? How can they connect their plants better, optimise production processes while maintaining their social responsibility at the same time? Which fundamental technological changes exist in the various branches of the metal industry? How do foundries and the metal-working industry remain attractive employers for professional talents compared to other sectors of industry? These and other questions will be discussed by sector experts at the most relevant international communication platform iMT 2023.

iMT is well known as the gateway to the world market. It is only here in Taipei that decision-makers, experts, supplier to, and users in these industries can obtain a complete overview, exchange ideas and design trends for the markets of the future. Green production will be at the center of attention at this edition as the world shifts its attention to more sustainable methods of production. Eligible for participation in the campaign are all exhibitors who take such environmental aspects as resource savings, energy efficiency and climate neutrality particularly into account for their innovations. These topics especially appeal to trade visitors – which, of course, also holds true for the young talents so important to these industries.

iMT is expected to reach same level it once was before the pandemic where there were visitors over 6,000 visitors from over 13 countries and having 143 exhibitors covering over 4,550 sqm of exhibition space. This year the trade fair is held at nangang exhibition center which allows the visit of international visitors to be convenient boosting the potential of overseas buyers to attend the show. Alongside with the 22 year running exhibition Taiwan Hardware Show, iMT will be held in conjunction with 3 new show; T-Safe, Flowtech and Taiwan International Lock Show. With media coverage all over the world and also the support of local associations, iMT is starting off to a great start this year.
